CI Systems was founded in 1977 to commercialize advanced infrared (IR) remote sensing technology. Shortly after the company was founded, CI became the leader in infrared spectroradiometry for remote sensing of the atmosphere, signature analysis and ground truth measurements.
CI Systems began developing a fixed Optical Gas Imaging system in 2004, the solution (MetCam) was released and certified in 2021. CI Systems founded the CI Sensing Division in 2022 to focus on commercializing its MetCam solution.
MetCam our flagship product, has been deployed in several different Oil and Gas operations from upstream to midstream, Geothermal , LNG and other applications providing our customers with reliable gas and emission detection.
CI Sensing has a global presence and has facilities for R&D, production, customer support, and sales, in Carrollton, Texas and Migdal HaEmek, Israel.
CI Systems employs 150 workers, including a large percentage of physicists, chemists and engineers. It has earned a reputable name with many of the leading companies developing electro-optic solutions.
The company sells in most Western and Far Eastern countries through agreements with local sales representatives. For more than 40 years, we have collaborated with our customers and provided them with products and support they can count on.
